RPC General Contracting, Inc. is a family-owned general contractor led by Rees Purcell. We build custom homes, remodels, additions, and ADUs, and we take on the structural work — foundations, framing, and drainage — that keeps the finished work where it belongs.
We have grown almost entirely by word of mouth. That sets the standard: every job has to be good enough that the client hands our number to a neighbor. So we keep the crews small and experienced, keep the site clean, and tell you the truth about cost and schedule before the work starts, not halfway through.

Rees runs every project personally. He walks the site, writes the proposal, and stays the point of contact from the first meeting through the final walkthrough — so nothing gets lost between the office and the crew.
He built the company on one idea: do the work you said you would do, for the price you said, in the time you said. Everything else follows from that.
